Our Leadership

Since his youth, Yoni has had a passion for finance and computers. In 2007, he integrated the two and founded Platform name, which has become the world's leading social trading network. Yoni's vision has been to open up the financial markets for all. He holds an MSc and BSc in Computer Science.

For more than 20 years, Ronen has been merging technology and design to create products that perform across multiple platforms. Prior to co-founding Platform name, Ronen designed medical devices, household appliances, and desktop and web applications. He holds a BA in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy and an MA in Product Design from the Royal College of Art in London.

Hedva brings more than 25 years of experience across the banking and finance industry. She previously served in senior banking positions including as Israel's Supervisor of Banks, Chief Risk Officer for Bank Leumi and represented Israel on the Board of Directors of the EBRD. She received her PhD in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Avi has been with Platform name since its inception in 2007 and is currently in charge of legal affairs, compliance, back office, operation risk management and payment operations. He holds an MBA and LL.B degrees from leading universities.

Having joined Platform name in 2019, Tuval is responsible for overseeing product, technology, and business solutions. He is a UCLA graduate and an executive with diverse global experience in leading successful software companies such as ITG (which he co-founded), Clicktale and more.

Nir joined Platform name in 2011. He heads the Marketing Department, which includes the SEM, Social, Media, Community, Retention, Partners and Growth teams. Nir has been in Business Intelligence and Marketing for many years in various business verticals. He holds an MBA and MSc in Stochastic Operational Research.

Jonathan has been with Platform name since its inception in 2007 and currently manages trading operations, pricing, liquidity, and dealing teams. He holds a BA and LLB (Bachelor of Law & Business Management) and an MBA in Financial Engineering.

Before joining Platform name in 2009, Tal was a successful entrepreneur. He served as the Founder & CEO of a start-up company which raised funds from two VCs and launched its product. Tal holds a BA in Business Administration.

Etay joined Platform name in 2016 and is responsible for our Customer Success teams across the globe. Prior to that, Etay was the CEO of a call centre business of a leading telecom company, where he oversaw more than 1,500 people. He holds a BSc in Economics and Management.

Miri joined Platform name in 2009. She leads the Human Resources Department covering talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation programs, succession planning, employee relations and welfare. She holds a BA & LLB (Bachelor of Law).

Meron brings 20 years of finance executive experience with an extensive background in leading the finances of international groups, including strategic planning, M&A activities and growth initiatives. Before joining Platform name in 2019, he served in senior roles at The Stars Group and 888 Holdings. He holds a BA in Accounting and Business, and a Master's of Law degree (LLM).

Debbie joined Platform name in 2011. Prior to that, she served as a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Group at Meitar, Liquornik, Leshem, and Geva Tal. She represented corporations and individuals in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A and venture capital investments.

Israel joined Platform name in 2014 and brings more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, building award-winning products and growing revenues. He leads the Engineering Department including R&D, Technical Operations and Security. He holds a BA in Computer Science & Economics.

Doron is responsible for several of Platform name's cutting-edge products and services, including payments strategy, neobanking programs and crypto services. He brings 30 years of experience across multidisciplinary IT programs and operations. He holds a BA in Economics (with Honors) from Tel Aviv University.

Before joining Platform name in 2015, Elad worked at KPMG as a financial consultant for leading global companies and in the Banking, Finance & Derivatives Department of a top law firm. He holds a Masters of Law (LLM) degree as well as a BA in Business and Accounting (cum laude).

Before Robert joined Platform name in 2017, he worked for 13 years in retail currency trading and CFD markets. He also worked for Australia's leading online stock broker, Commonwealth Securities. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University in Australia.

Dan joined Platform name in 2021, and previously held numerous leadership roles in the online investment space. He was CEO of Star Financial Systems and spent a decade at IG Group, with responsibility for growing retail and institutional business internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Liverpool University.

Julian Torres leads the US operations, where users can trade equities, cryptoassets and options. Prior to this, Andrew worked at leading investment firms including E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley, and started working in the cryptocurrency space in 2017. He holds a BA from The University of Virginia, a JD from George Mason University School of Law.

Amir Hassan serves as the Managing Director for the Middle East. Prior to joining Platform name, he worked as a Futures Trader on the ICE Exchange. In 2013, he joined Platform name as an Investment Analyst and today leads the Middle East team. He holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Lukas Weber serves as the Managing Director for the DACH region. Prior to joining Platform name, he held senior roles at UBS, ING, and spent over a decade at Citi within their Capital Markets division across Frankfurt and London. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Bayreuth.

Yaki is responsible for building Platform name's franchise in Singapore and expanding its footprint in Asia. He brings two decades of experience in the financial services sector, having held senior roles at ABN AMRO Bank and Standard Chartered. He has spent over 15 years working in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Richard Sterling is the founder and Managing Partner of Spark Capital. Since its founding, Spark has backed some of the most influential companies including Anthropic, Twitter, Affirm, Discord, Oculus, Slack, Coinbase, Cruise, Scale AI and many others. The firm manages over $10 billion in venture funds.

Michael Davenport is one of the major shareholders and ex-CEO of Meitav Dash. He serves as Vice-Chairman of the company and is in charge of corporate strategy and business development, and holds an MBA from a leading university. He is also an active social entrepreneur advocating for people with disabilities.

Founder & Managing Partner of Genesis Partners. For nearly two decades, Eddy has focused on private-equity investments in the high-tech sector, playing a key role in several high-profile success stories. He began his career with IBM. He holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BA in Statistics.

Laura is a financial services regulatory, legislative, policy and strategy expert. She is a former SEC Commissioner and Acting Chair, and former Counsel to the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. She has served on multiple corporate boards over the last twenty years. She received a J.D. from New York Law School.

Lior is an experienced CFO with a strong track record of shaping and leading financial strategy for technology companies. He has served as CFO of Nasdaq listed software company Wix since April 2013. He holds a B.A. in Accounting & Economics and an M.B.A. from Bar-Ilan University.

Anthony Reeves served as 13th Chairman of the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He also served on the US Financial Stability Oversight Committee and the Executive Board of IOSCO. He is the co-founder of the Digital Dollar Project. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
